These Terms constitute an agreement between the Service Provider and you (the User) regarding earring sales, customization, after-sales and other services. By clicking "Accept" or using the website services, you shall be deemed to have fully agreed to all contents of these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Scope of Services


The Service Provider provides you with online sales, customization, consultation, after-sales maintenance, return and exchange services for Limerencia earrings (made of hypoallergenic materials, G23 & F136 titanium alloy). Specific services are subject to product details and order agreements on the website. The Service Provider reserves the right to optimize services due to product upgrades and policy adjustments, with prior notice via website announcements.

2. User Rights and Obligations


  1. You have the right to receive products and services in compliance with agreements, inquire about product materials and hypoallergenic properties, and put forward suggestions for services.
  2. You shall provide true and accurate delivery and customization information, properly keep your account information, wear and maintain products correctly. You are prohibited from counterfeiting the brand, maliciously slandering the brand or engaging in illegal and irregular acts.

3. Service Provider Rights and Obligations


  1. The Service Provider has the right to provide products and charge fees as agreed, suspend or terminate services for users in violation of regulations, and reasonably use your relevant information for service optimization and brand promotion.
  2. The Service Provider guarantees product quality, marks product information truthfully, strictly keeps your personal information confidential, and responds promptly to consultation and after-sales requests.

4. Fees and Payment


All fees are subject to website marked prices and order agreements, and you shall pay the full amount on time. If products are unqualified or the Service Provider breaches the agreement due to its own fault, relevant fees will be refunded accordingly; if you terminate the service due to personal reasons, no refund will be granted.

5. After-sales, Returns and Exchanges


Returns and exchanges are acceptable for product quality issues in accordance with the website after-sales policy, with relevant logistics fees borne by the Service Provider. No return or exchange will be approved for man-made damage or unreasonable refusal of parcel acceptance. 7. Breach of Liability and Disclaimer


Any party in breach of contract shall be liable for resulting losses. The Service Provider shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party reasons or your personal fault.

8. Dispute Resolution


Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled through negotiation by both parties; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court where the Service Provider is located for litigation.

9. Miscellaneous


The final interpretation right of these Terms belongs to the Limerencia earring brand. Website announcements and rules on product detail pages are deemed an integral part of these Terms.
