Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all orders in our store. Placing an order means you have read and agreed to all terms.
2. Return Time Limit
- Unconditional return/exchange: Within 30 days after receipt.
- No acceptance for requests beyond 30 days.
- Promotional/clearance items: No unconditional return, only quality-related after-sales.
3. Eligible for Return & Refund
- Quality defects, damage, deformation; mismatch with order (style/size/specification).
- Transportation damage or missing accessories; non-artificial craft/material issues.
4. Not Eligible for Return & Refund
- Worn/used items with scratches, stains or man-made damage; unauthorized disassembly/modification.
- Overdue requests due to subjective reasons (allergy without notice, dislike, wrong size).
- Lost packaging/tags, incomplete accessories; orders from unofficial channels or resold.
5. Unconditional Return Rules
Items must be new, unworn, with intact tags and original packaging. Buyer bears return shipping. Shipping fees/gifts in the original order must be returned, otherwise corresponding value will be deducted.
6. Refund Process
1. Contact customer service with order number and product issue photos/videos.
2. Customer service provides solution within 1-3 working days.
3. Return items to the address provided and submit tracking number.
4. Refund to original payment channel within 3-7 working days after warehouse inspection.
5. Exchange: Equal-value exchange, price difference adjusted; shipping borne by the responsible party.
7. Shipping Fee Liability
- Merchant’s liability (quality/wrong item/damage): Merchant bears round-trip shipping.
- Buyer’s liability (unconditional return/wrong size): Buyer bears all shipping.
8. Refund Arrival
Refunds are returned via original payment channel. Bank/credit card: 3-10 working days. Subject to platform delay if any.
9. Supplementary Terms
We reserve the right of final interpretation. Malicious returns/claims will result in refusal of subsequent orders/after-sales. Contact online customer service for inquiries.
