We prioritize shipping from the Amazon FBA warehouse located in your destination country/region for fast and reliable delivery.

Applicability: Automatically applied to items in stock at local FBA warehouses; no manual selection required.
Delivery Time: 2–5 business days. Delays may occur in remote areas or during holidays.
Tracking: FBA tracking number will be updated after shipment, available to view in order details.
Note: All packages comply with Amazon packaging standards. Please contact us or Amazon for assistance with damaged or lost parcels.

If local FBA is out of stock or unavailable, orders will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouse.

Applicability: Out-of-stock FBA items and orders to remote countries/regions.
Delivery Time: 15–30 business days, subject to logistics and customs clearance delays.
Tracking: International tracking number provided after shipment for full tracking availability.
Note: Shipments are subject to customs clearance. All tariffs and related duties shall be borne by the buyer.

Orders will be processed within 24–48 hours after placement; FBA orders will be prioritized for dispatch.

We will notify you promptly if items are out of stock, and you may choose restock or full refund.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on item weight and delivery address.

Free shipping is available for eligible FBA orders with a minimum spend; domestic international orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Please contact customer support for delayed, damaged or lost parcels.

Any loss caused by incorrect delivery address shall be the buyer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to adjust this policy with prior public notice.
