VISIT OF LIMERENCIA TO RESTAURANT FÉLIX MANSO IBARLA DE IRÚN.
Last July, we were in Irún, in the Restaurante Félix Manso Ibarla, owned by one of our ambassadors, Félix Manso.
We lived unforgettable moments in the restaurant and Félix delighted us preparing some of his recipes, using great quality ingredients and of course our EVOO first day of harvest Limerencia.
This famous chef, better known as "el Druida", is characterized by the aesthetics in his dishes and by his creations rich in flavor, they make his cuisine something original and worthy of tasting.
His beautiful restaurant is placed in Ibarla and is considered as the ideal place for any kind of celebration.

- Mushroom carpaccio.
- Marinated salmon.
- Sea bass carpaccio.
- Little tomatoes salad.
- False Salmorejo. (Cold tomato and vegetables soup).
