"Pipirrana" by the chef Ignacio León from  "Fusionemos la Cocina"

A summer typical recipe in which he used Sempiterno to cover the dish.

INGREDIENTS:

- Black tomato or kumato.

- Cucumber.

- Green pepper.

- Onion or scallion.

- Eggs.

- Green olives.

- Tuna or mackerel.

- Salt.

- Extra Virgin Oil Sempiterno.
