Diego Gallegos y Limerencia

Last March, we were in Fuengirola, at Restaurante Sollo, whose owner is the "Michelin Star" Diego Gallegos. It was an unforgettable experience in which this Michelin Star, delighted us preparing some of his exclusive recipes, using quality ingredients and of course our EVOO first day of harvest Limerencia.

Diego Gallego is one of the ambassadors of Limerencia. This famous chef calls himself, as the "Chef del Caviar", a product that he loves and knows well. This was the star ingredient in the recipes he prepared for us.

His restaurant, Sollo, is a sober and modern restaurant located in Fuengirola that offers the possibility to visit its facilities and make a caviar tasting  with cava. This restaurant recreates a personal culinary universe based on the  freshwater fish. It is a brave and radical proposal that Diego is strengthening day by day.
